Michelle Nicklin
Michelle Nicklin started Bliss Yoga and Relaxation in her attic yoga
room in 2009. Today Bliss Yoga has 9 weekly classes; regular workshops;
meditation evenings; teacher training; pre-natal yoga; and yoga
retreats.
She first practiced yoga in 1994 and started teaching yoga in 2009. She
is a qualified secondary school teacher with 17 years classroom and
education management experience. She has a wide portfolio of yoga
clients including schools and training providers.
Michelle provides yoga training for teachers, runs yoga retreats in Snowdonia and Egypt, runs regular Saturday workshops and has several personal training clients.
Her philosophy is simple. "Yoga is life-changing. Yoga is
life-enhancing. Yoga provides the ultimate mirror to hold up to
yourself and reflect your life journey. Yet is so ancient, so simple.
Anyone can do it."
Michelle practised yoga during her pregnancies and labours. She credits
yoga with not getting malaria the year she worked in Africa.
"I can't imagine my life without it and I hope that's reflected in my teaching".

Phil Mason
I come to yoga from a spiritual perspective, although I have never followed any religion, my interest is very much an extension of my personal shamanic practice, I find yoga assists me to live within the present.
History shows that yoga was first practised by shaman living at the very margins of society before the common era.
During many years of teaching in a variety of settings from white water rivers and mountains to classrooms and derelict buildings I have been privileged to get to know some incredible individuals many of which are stigmatised by society, I enjoy including all to the benefits yoga has to offer both personal and global.
My yoga extends to my entire existence having compassion and equal respect for all life this includes living completely non – violently and 100% vegan freeing my spirit and mind.

Tricia Green
I went to my first yoga class when I was 18 and for last 15 years I have been practising yoga on a regular basis either teaching Hatha classes or learning different styles of yoga and meditation.
I recently attended a yoga retreat in Poland developing my knowledge and skills. Anyone of any age or ability can benefit from yoga.
I enjoy teaching yoga as not only does it help my students to improve their physical wellbeing but it also helps them to cope with stressful situations.
Yoga helps with mental clarity and enables you to focus on the things that are important to you.
