About Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice combining movement with breathing. By practising yoga the mind, body and emotions can all be rebalanced in a natural and soothing way. Many people find that a regular yoga practice helps them to maintain well-being in an increasingly stressful world. We work with a diverse range of clients: some are athletes others have very restricted movement, most of us lie somewhere in-between. Wherever your starting point, the benefits of exercise that is tailored just for you coupled with deep relaxation can have a powerful effect.
Personal Yoga Training
Personal yoga tuition is available for those who would like a therapeutic yoga programme designed particularly for them.
 
Programmes from gentle movement work to strong Poweryoga can be developed for each client or small groups of up to 6 people. Costs £32 an hour. 
 
We work with you using 'assists' that help you into the postures and bring develop your individual flexibility.

Going Deeper with Yoga
This is our new course, designed as a course for those who want to go deeper into the varied aspects of yoga and discover more than they can through our classes and workshops. 
 
Ideal for those who want to establish a home practice and also delve into teacher training later.
 
We will meet 10 times in the course of the year and the course will be 30 hours.
